Halloween Tea Vignettes

Children's Halloween Song

Halloween, The witch is flying high.
Have you seen her shadow in the sky?
Oh beware, don't you dare, even boast, or
a ghost, to your dismay, may hear you say,
you don't care, say a prayer... or it may
come, and pull, your hair...

We have had such beautiful weather here
lately. Perfect fall days for taking the dog
for walks in the park. With Halloween
just a little over a week away, I thought
it was time to add a few spooky items
to my Tuesday Tea post.

My tea tray is from Pier One Imports

gold flatware is by Vergoldet Germany
It picks up the gold trim on the dinnerware.

Black rimmed dishes are from Mikasa's Benedicta

A wood carved black crow from The Squirrel's Nest.
The Batty tea towel is from Joann's
Fabric and Crafts

The floral arrangement is from The Squirrels Nest.

Little ceramic ghosts I made for my daughter
years ago.

I am having Twining's Honeybush
Mandarin and Orange Herbal tea
today. Won't you join me for a cup?

Have a lovely week.

I really like your post. The crow is so cute. I like the music that plays also. It sounds familiar, but I just can't place the name. Blessings, xoxo,Susie

Hi Clara, you've set a wonderful Halloween table and I love the little ghosts. I love their worried little faces. I also love that you made them. Wow, that's amazing. I wish I had more time to learn how to make pottery and ceramics. It's on my list....a long way down, but still. :) Hope your week is turning out to be lovely.
